In 1994 Chef Gary Duane sat at the head table of his graduating class of The Culinary Institute of America. This was the beginning of a wonderful journey of sharing something America had lost a little of … the joy of preparing and sharing a meal with those we care for.

Many people have sought out cooking lessons from our professionals. There has always been a catch … learning a technique in a professional environment is fun but very hard to reproduce at home. One Brown Egg brings this professional experience into our client’s homes so they may learn within their very own kitchen where the lesson can last a lifetime!

Our team of professionals comes to your home, fully prepared with groceries in hand; ready to deliver a fun, technique-based lesson plan to you and your guests. Missing a few tools? Not to worry, we always have all the tools needed for your lesson just in case!
