This class is one of our customer’s favorites.

A great class for everyone including old home pros, younger audiences, those who are just beginning to discover their “Inner Chef” and those who may be living away from home soon; on the doorstep of new adventures.

We will focus on a variety of subjects including safety, sanitation, knife skills and getting to know our way around a kitchen (getting it organized) and understanding its array of gadgets. A member of the One Brown Egg team will work side-by-side with you, showing you techniques that can last a lifetime.

Once you have reserved your date, a questionnaire will be sent to you in order to customize your class to suit your needs. A typical class will ultimately explore the techniques used to create many dishes including salads, stock, vegetable and chicken soups, simple pastas and breakfast items.
