The key to booking a One Brown Egg lesson in your home is reserving the date and selecting the type of lesson you wish to participate in. Upon checking out, all that will be required is a $100.00 deposit to save your date (you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of the deposit being received).
As your date approaches, please remember, we welcome changes to your needs and can accommodate unforeseen schedule changes with certain limitations. Our Refund Policy / Rescheduling Policy is as follows:
While the cost of groceries can vary widely, One Brown Egg is committed to keep to cost associated with groceries to a minimum. We will note the estimated amount of groceries next to each lesson, but this may vary depending upon the grocer providing the items and special modification you desire to the lesson plan. Your invoice will include groceries as a separate item, including the entire receipt. One Brown Egg odes not mark up any cost associated with groceries. In some cases, multiple receipts will be required as specialty stores will be needed for some items. All items purchased, used or unused during the lesson, will be left with the event’s host.
The internet has allowed many wonderful conveniences to purchase and receive groceries. At check out you will be asked to choose your preferred method for the majority of groceries. If a specialty store is needed for some items, a separate receipt will be provided. Feel free to change your mind on which method you will use up to 1 week prior to your event’s date.
All lessons are designed and priced for groups of 1-4 participants, available in Portland Metro area. If you wish to host a larger number of guests, please contact us at 503-421-2688 and we can help make arrangements for you.
